HOW TO MAKE LIVES BETTER FOR WOMEN IN THIS SOCIETY

For the final edition of this blog series, I will talk about perhaps the most common aspect of the topic- our dear society. It’s not like none of us knows what goes on in the society, what happens behind the doors of houses, what happens in the gossip of people and what is said in the pointless taunts and remarks passed as a part of routine. Therefore, I will not waste words trying to explain what is wrong, neither will I mention how to right it. I will simply mention the efforts that are already underway because luckily once again, this is one of the aspects that has had some light shed on to it in recent years. HOW TO MAKE LIVES BETTER FOR WOMEN IN SPORTS

Sports is a war, you play the offensive or the defensive, you support your team and crush the opposition in an attempt to grab the victory for your side. The war is an aggressive place, women don’t belong in the war. This is what was believed by society for the longest time and even now some remnants of the foolish society still remain. Fortunately, it is one of the few aspects of this topic that have seen actual improvement over time. We now have a national women team and separate departments of regulation departments for them.

However one problem that still remains is the fact that we do everything possible to accommodate the male teams but oftentimes their female counterparts are neglected in this area. In many cases, a female staff is not available to look after the female teams which often leads to them being uncomfortable in playing for the nation. It's no news that the female team will be more comfortable training under a female coach rather than a male one. It’s the regulation department's job to make sure that the female players are given the same amount of comfort while practicing as the men’s team.

Other than that, the women’s team often faces more public backlash than the men’s team. That however, is a part of sports and public criticism is one thing that can never be controlled. Given that they do not cross limits and jump over to giving death threats or getting personal, in which case relevant authorities are to be engaged.
