HOW TO MAKE FUDGY CHOCOLATE CAKE
This recipe is not as cliche as most recipes you might have tried. You must have experienced making a chocolate cake with either too much cocoa-powder or vanilla extract’s taste and less of a chocolate-y taste.
But this recipe is not like the others. From my personal experience, I was never good at making chocolate cake until I tried this recipe and trust me, everyone who has tasted it always winds up asking me for it.
So you can perhaps say, I am here sharing my ‘secret’ chocolate cake recipe in this blog!
So, without further ado let’s move onto the recipe.
Ingredients:
1 cup and 1 tbsp flour
1 cup grounded sugar
⅓ cup cocoa powder
¾ tsp baking powder
⅓ tsp baking soda
⅓ tsp salt
2 eggs
½ cup milk
¼ cup of vegetable oil
½ tablespoon vanilla extract
Parchment or butter paper
Procedure:
Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 inch cake pan, flour it, and line the bottom of the pan with the parchment paper. Place flour in a mixing bowl, add sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir these ingredients together until they are combined well. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla extract and now beat the batter until the batter has reached a good consistency and everything is well-blended. Now put the batter in the pan you prepared before. Now place it in the oven and let it bake for about 35 minutes or until when you insert a tooth-pick in it, it comes out clean. Take it out of the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
And voila! The chocolate cake is now ready to serve. If you want, you can either decorate it with sprinkles or with a well-prepared frosting. I personally like my cake simple!
